The wholesale enquiry collects business contact details, organisation information, product requirements, destination information and a business identifier. We do not request health information or personal-use details.
Why it is used
Information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, qualify the organisation, review product and destination requirements, prevent misuse and maintain an auditable business record.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in access-controlled WordPress administration. This launch build does not accept verification-document uploads and does not send personal data to analytics platforms. Access is restricted to authorised site administrators.
Retention and rights
A final retention period, controller identity, lawful-basis assessment, processor list, international-transfer position, rights route and regulator complaint route require approval by the site operator and legal adviser before public launch.
